Other news first! 

We have spent time during August upgrading our clinic management system (Pabau). It's been a steep learning curve for all our staff but we are getting there. We are very excited that we will soon be able to offer you the convenience of booking your appointments online. Those of you who have been coming to us regularly will know that many of our treatments are very bespoke and can only be offered after a thorough consultation or discussion with one of our clinicians. However, many of you regularly book treatments such as Venus Freeze, IPL skin rejuvenation, Diode hair removal or Lipofirm as part of your regular skin care routine. It is these treatments which you will be able to book online. This service will offer you the convenience of being able to book 24/7 or reschedule your appointment. We will let you know as soon as the service is available and, of course, our reception team will always be here to help you if you prefer to ring us. 

In relation to cancellations and rescheduling appointments, we would like to say a 'big thank you' for responding to our recent appeal asking you to give us at least 48 hours notice of any changes. When you let us know early we have the opportunity to fill the gap by contacting someone on our waiting list. 

Finally, in this news section, a reminder of our announcement made last month. Our prices for some treatments (many remain the same) changed at 1st September. We have tried to keep the increases to a minimum and hope you understand that our escalating running costs can't always be absorbed. Thank you.
