Plans are afoot!

Dear Friends

We are sure you will have heard announcements from the government regarding their plans for a gradual easing of the Covid-19 lockdown. We were both excited to hear about the prospect of re-opening, perhaps in July (if the rate of infection continues to be low), but are equally feeling the weight of the huge responsibility to keep everyone safe when they visit the clinic or are working here.

Although much planning has already taken place for re-opening, fine tuning of arrangements will continue to ensure we comply with every piece of regulation, advice and guidance given by the government and our industry sector leaders.

The team are always so positive and we have been thinking about the positive features of the clinic which will enable us to open safely. For example, we have our lovely outside reception area where clients can comfortably sit and wait for their appointment in the fresh air (but undercover). We have parking right outside the door, so if preferred, clients can wait in their cars until called in. Having two treatment rooms means we can deep clean one room whilst the other is being used.

Before closure we had already started opening and closing doors for clients to reduce the number of surfaces any client needs to touch. We have had very positive feedback regarding our 'products by post' service. We will continue this service along with the option to pay for all treatments and/or products via contactless phone payments (for example ApplePay), and BACs. These are just some of our initial thoughts we thought we would share with you.

Serious Times

You might be thinking this is a much more formal communication than usual – and you are right it is! Although lockdown has brought surprising benefits for some, for others it has been, and remains so, a period of stress and anxiety. In recent weeks it has been relentlessly upsetting to hear of the daily death toll and although for most of us we haven’t experienced the loss of a loved one to Covid-19 we can all empathise with the tragedy thousands of families are going through. Our hearts go out to everyone and once again we acknowledge and give thanks to our NHS staff and key workers.

We are so looking forward to seeing our clients again and as a treat we have come up with some great special offers and packages which will be offered as soon as we are open again. Hopefully there will something that you can take advantage of. Just to give you a peak at what we have planned enlarge the picture to see the details and great prices.

There will also be some appealing offers on our products – but we will tell you about those later. We think you will agree that there are some amazing offers above and we do look forward to seeing you soon.

As published previously, we won’t be booking any appointments until we have a definite re-opening date. At that time, we will contact all clients who should have had appointments during the closure period, particularly those in the middle of courses, and we will take new bookings.

In the meantime, enjoy the sunshine (remembering to use your SPF) follow all the guidance on social distancing and keep safe.
