10 months ago if you asked me what my skin routine was I would say I wash my face twice daily and every now and then use some sun cream. After spending time at Sarah Dale it has transformed my skin appearance from oily, red, blotchy, sun damaged and breakouts to smooth, clear, sun spots gone and glowing.

I started my treatments at Sarah Dale very dubious having never really spent any time in my skin and thinking that it was fine.I was provided a free skin consultation with a fully qualified, friendly and knowledgeable clinician who guided me though areas that my skin could be improved and prevent future damage. I had 6 treatments of IPL around my eyes, forehead and cheeks to remove sun damage, reduce darkness under my eyes and the odd broken vein.

I started to cleanse everyday twice a day using Medik8 calm-wise to help reduce redness. I also started using Heliocare 360 mineral tolerance everyday to protect my face from ongoing sun damage. Tanya provided me samples during my first visit to try on my skin and see if I liked the results, needless to say I immediately bought the bigger version and my skin was glowing. I then added in retinol and vitamin C serum all from the Medik8 range which were amazing on my skin as well as the Medik8 dark circle under eye cream primer which is my favourite product.

On the 1st of June I got married and the day before the wedding day having lost weight and wanting everything to just be a bit tighter, I had the clinics newest treatment Lipo firm on my ‘bingo wings’, neck and face. It was amazing the results were instant and pain free.

I would highly recommend the Lipo firm, all of the Medik8 products and the IPL. Not only did this change in my skin care routine and help my skin to look flawless on my wedding day but the ladies at the clinic helped me to increase my confidence and make me feel special every time I went there.

As a bride you have so many things to stress about and my skin care was something that Sarah Dale removed any stress from as well as being a lovely experience and down time from wedding stress.Thank you to everyone at the clinic and I will be back to have further treatments. I never thought I would be a convert to skin care, treatments and beauty time but I can safely say I 100% am now and the compliments I receive about my skin now are also an added bonus.
