Did you guess what the ‘Don’t do this!’ in the title meant? Easy - forget your SPF.

We’ve had some very bright (and hot) sunshine in recent days and its fingers crossed we will have plenty more. Although its important to wear SPF everyday of the year, and many of us do on our faces, when the skin that’s usually covered up with our clothes is suddenly exposed it can take literally minutes for skin to become red and therefore damaged. Its all so easy to make sure others have applied their factor 50 (particularly those with children) and then neglect ourselves. Do remember to reapply during the day or after being in water if you are using a product which is not water resistant.
