We are open again after a good rest and time with our friends and families. Bookings are back to back on our return, so its going to be busy, busy, which we love! 

It will be great to have Tanya back with us at the end of January. She will be offering clinics on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  Our clinic opening times will change back to a full day on Tuesdays.  

Important: Please note our announcement about deposits for all treatments.

If you have been into the clinic in the last few months, we hope you will have seen our notices about deposits. In line with similiar businesses, we will require the payment of a deposit when all bookings are made. A 50% deposit will need to be paid if you are booking in person or can be collected when booking by telephone. There will be special arrangements when multiple appointments at booked at the same time. Our reception team will explain the details to you at the time of booking. 

This is a good time to remind everyone of our cancellation arrangements. Appointments can be cancelled or re-scheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment time. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot, which has been reserved especially for you, to another client. However, if you cancel your appointment with less that 48 hours notice your deposit will be retained. 

To help you avoid a late cancellation appointment, please remember we cannot carry out a small number of our treatments if you have changed your medication, are taking or have recently completed a course of antibiotics, have an active tan or are wearing fake tanning products. Please telephone us if you have any doubts and we can advise you.
